PORTFOLIO

I am Chad Williams, a licensed building contractor in California since 1980.

The work you see here in my portfolio is the result of a career, a very full career. Specializing in single-family homes, I have designed and built.

I have always been a hands-on builder. In 2004, I started my education in design and drafting at Cabrillo College.

My many years as a tradesman are the foundation of my skill as a creative designer. Our design work is ultimately buildable.

When I am not working with you, I enjoy my family, photography, cycling, hiking, and what to say – that eternal eye toward peace of mind.

My wife and I are committed to our community and rigorously donate 10% of our profits to good works.
